Does contain lactobacillus acidophilus and chicory root which may be linked to some digestive discomfort for some people. Do Not take if you are allergic to grapes. FOR BEST RESULTS, USE CONSISTENTLY FOR A MINIMUM OF 3-4 MONTHS. STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place until opening.

Indications

Do not take if pregnant. Do not take if you have allergies to grapes or to any of the ingredients. Some digestive discomfort has been reported when taken on an empty stomach. This product does contain prebiotic chicory root and lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic: some intestinal gas or bloating, upset stomach, and diarrhea have been reported for this ingredient for those who are sensitive. If you have a history of severe digestive issues, talk to your physician prior to use.

Directions: Take (2) two capsules in the morning and (2) two capsules at night with food to experience the results. For people who are more sensitive, you may start with (1) one in the morning and (1) one a night with food.
