Fraud Protection
Due to rising internet fraud, we've had to tighten our fraud protection policies. Your first order with us MUST ship to your authorized billing address or you can email a clear scan/pic of your driver's license and credit card to us for approval if you need to ship to an alternate shipping address. Place your order through our site, then promptly email the scan/ picture of the front and back of your driver's license and credit card to us. We recommend covering up the middle 8 digits of your credit card, as well as your driver's license number for added security. We'll immediately destroy these documents upon approval, and not require these for future orders, for more detail please contact us through our Help Center page.
• We will ship out your order as soon as humanly possible.
• Our coordinated warehouse will carefully pack and promptly ship out your order(s).
• We usually take 2-3 business days to process your order, it may take slightly longer under other circumstances (pending verification of billing and shipping information).
• Your order may be delayed in shipping due to holidays, billing information, or the condition of the Weather.

• USPS (Parcel 7-12 Days) Shipping: the shipping cost will be charged according to the package weight.
• UPS (Ground 6-14 Days) Shipping: the shipping cost will be charged according to the package weight.
• FedEx (Smart Post 7-10 Days) shipping: the shipping cost will be charged according to the package weight.
Free Shipping
• Our system will randomly pick 300 registered customers monthly for offering Free Shipping on their next purchase.
• Get free shipping on orders over $96.
Other Shipping Places
• We also ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Maryland, Alaska, and Military places/ APO & FPO.
International Shipping Information
• You will receive your order within the next 2-3 or 2-4 weeks, depending on location, area, and province.
• Additional information may be required for Large Quantity Orders. Shipping speed may depend on the shipping method.

Please Note:
• Some packages may require a signature, if you aren't present to sign for it, to avoid such an event you may want to use a business address.
• Please make sure your name, shipping address, phone number, and email are carefully verified.
• The phone number or email may be used by USPS, UPS, and DHL to contact you in case the mail carriers have problems delivering your order or no one else at home.
• We use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and DHL to ship international orders.

International Insurance
• International shipping insurance will be added for orders over $150.

Import Taxes
• For international orders, the customer may have to pay import taxes or customs duties.
• You may also be required to pay a brokerage and handling fee for the shipment (these charges are totally separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly from them).
Declaration of Value & Product Description
• Due to International laws, we state the total value of your order.
• On the shipping label, the number of products may appear on the label, including the shipping charge and handle fee.
For Out of Stock Items
• We'll notify you when the item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable.
• If we don't hear back from you, then your order(s) will be shipped when becoming available.
