Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop into 8-12 ounces of water, juice or milk. Stir or shake rapidly. Times depend on type and temperature of liquid. Take once or twice daily.

TruFiber is vegetarian, it contains no wheat, gluten, soy, rye, milk, casein, nuts, eggs, yeast or animal products.
