Cats love running water! Many cats dislike standing water, even if it's fresh and this can cause them to drink far too little. The Fresh Flow II with it's natural flow of running water encourages cats to drink. Urinary tract disorders are a common occurrence in cats. Increasing their fluid intake can help to prevent this uncomfortable condition. For cats that do not have urinary tract concerns, the Fresh Flow II Fountain is an enjoyable way to meet daily hydration needs.

Pump Cleaning Steps- Perform Every 2 Weeks

Step 1. Unplug unit. Remove pump intake top cover.

Step 2. Use finger nail to pry second cover up and remove.

Step 3. To remove the impeller, tweezers may be needed. It is only held in by magnetic force.

Step 4. Soak in solution of 2 parts white vinegar and 1 part water for 2-3 hours. Clean impeller tunnel with Q-tip. Rinse well; re-assemble wet.
